📦 Returns & Exchange Policy

We’re not Amazon. We’re a small, independent publisher built on truth, transparency, and personal responsibility. Every book is packed with care, and every order supports a mission that matters. So here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and shipping:

📬 Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders usually ship within 5–7 business days—sooner when we can swing it. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays, and during preorder periods, shipping times will be clearly communicated.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail, which usually takes 3–10 business days after fulfillment. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

❌ Cancellations & Returns

Because we fulfill quickly and operate lean, orders cannot be canceled once placed. We also don’t accept returns or exchanges—so double-check your order before hitting "Buy."
We believe in thoughtful purchases, not impulse ones.

💥 Damaged or Missing Orders

If your book shows up damaged (it happens!) or something went wrong in transit, email orders@thinkfreepress.comwithin 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number + a photo, and we’ll make it right.
We're committed to fairness, not friction.

🌍 International Orders

Right now, we’re handling international orders on a case-by-case basis. All international sales are final.
